Kevin Goffstein is a principal of Prudential Alliance Commercial, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company headquartered in St. Louis, MO. He has been active in the real estate brokerage and development business since 1996. He has completed numerous lease and sales transactions in office, retail, and residential real estate.
Kevin Goffstein began his career in the residential development business and successfully completed the construction and sales of luxury custom homes in the central corridor of St. Louis County including Clayton, Ladue, University City, Town and Country and Frontenac. After beginning his career in St. Louis, Mr. Goffstein continued his career in Vail, Colorado developing numerous custom residences in golf and ski resort developments such as Beaver Creek, Cordillera, and Eagle Ranch. In addition to his accomplishments in Vail, Mr. Goffstein developed properties in two of Denver?s most prominent traditional neighborhood developments, Stapleton and Lowry. Since Mr. Goffstein?s return to St. Louis, he has worked diligently to establish his commercial real estate brokerage business while completing numerous office and retail transactions.
